Incredible customer service from The Reflective Designer and Joe Barnett and his team. Our initial effort to repair our blinds was met with frustration, incompetence and lack of integrity by various vendors in this industry. Then, I met Joe and his group. Joe and his team are experienced experts in the field and ,most importantly ,they care for you as a customer and actually do what they say they will do in a quality and creative manner. Follow up is superb, price estimates are up front and accurate and I must say just really nice people do work with. My wife and I,without qualification ,recommend them.

Excellent experience overall with Joe and his installer Tom! My husband and I have had Hunter Douglas in all our of our prior homes in the northwest the last several years and have quite a bit of experience with the craftsmanship and quality of these products. This was the first time we were looking for window coverings in Arizona so we were a bit nervous about finding the right product to block out heat as well as let in light and not block out our view. As our home is built in the contemporary style, these were also the largest windows we've ever had to dress. Joe was extremely patient with us as we pored over options, colors and fabrics. We were quite overwhelmed by the process initially but his wisdom, patience and guidance was incredibly appreciated. We ended up using a combination of Silhouettes and Duettes, both light filtering and light blocking. We had a few technical issues with some of the mechanisms given how large the panels were, but Joe and Tom were extremely responsive and professional and had them replaced by the company. More than anything we so appreciated his positive attitude, dedication and passion toward perfection. Highly recommend!

We were introduced to Joe through a mutual friend! As a result we purchased our Hunter Douglas blinds from him. He was helpful, delightful and very easy to work with. He is eager to please and make sure everything is perfect for you! He truly cares about you as a person, not just a sale! Each and every time I called, his response was immediate. These blinds and the people are simply amazing! I honestly cannot say enough kind words about the customer service, people and products they sell!! I love having the hub so I can have it all automated and tied into my Alexa! Joe is one of the kindest, most caring human beings I have met. He displays the utmost concern for his customers and strives to make everything perfect. He goes above and beyond to ensure everything is done properly and to the customers liking.
